Happy Halloween

The Halloween Open house continues throughout the day.  Kids (and dogs) stopped in for the homemade caramel apples and candy.  Including the bird who flew into the studio when the back door was open.

Dave received an email about the chemical reaction created when you mix baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and Mt. Dew. It was supposed to glow. But the myth was busted...it didn't glow!  Check out all the pictures on the Morning Show Media Gallery.

Dave and a friend were talking the other day and the topic came up...what is it about men that women love.  From their chivalry and jealousy to their forgiveness and devotion we took lots of calls from women who love their men!

Farewell to a Family Member

Angie received a call from her parents on Tuesday let her know that their 12-year old long-hair Chihuahua had died.  Sammy's kidneys had failed and they had to make the decision to put her to sleep this morning so she wouldn’t be in miserable pain in the next few days as she died.  Sammy was truly their third child…and someone we all loved.  Dave had some beautiful poems that he shared about the loss of a pet.  We have posted them in the "Things You Have Heard" section of the Dave & Friends page.
