It was said that 1020 people, 17 dogs and 2 goats attended the 2007 Petersburg Pumpkin Chunkin!
Irrigation pipe and grain augers make perfect cannons for the pumpkin! This year's winner shot their pumpkin over 3800 feet!
Dave participated in the Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest... needless to say, he would rather chew and take the time to enjoy the pie rather than smash it all over his face!
KNEN's Mike Thiem was declaired the winner, but Dave is number 1 in our hearts.
