NECC Announces Plan to go Tobacco Free This Fall
NORFOLK - One local community college announced their plans to have all of their campuses and locations move to become tobacco free. Dr. Michael Chipps, President of Northeast Community College said that Northeast will begin enforcing their tobacco free policy in August of 2014.
